Real Estate Website Design Malta

A website for your agency where buyers and tenants search your listings, book a viewing and reach the right agent, and where owners ask you for a valuation. The enquiries land with you, and nobody shows your client the agency next door.

Portals and your site

Your listings, your enquiries

Property portals put your homes in front of a lot of people. They also put every other agency in front of the same people, often with the same apartment. Your own site is where the buyer, the tenant and the owner deal with you alone.

01 · On a property portal

Listed with everyone else

  • Your apartment next to the same apartment listed by two other agencies
  • A buyer who sends one enquiry and keeps scrolling through your competitors
  • Your brand reduced to a small logo in the corner of the listing
  • Search data and visitor history that stay with the portal
  • Owners who never see what your agency does differently
02 · On your own website

Your agency, front and centre

  • Only your listings, with the agent who handles each one
  • Enquiries and viewing requests that reach your team directly
  • Valuation requests from owners thinking of selling or letting
  • Pages that rank for your agency name and the areas you cover
  • A site that works alongside the portals you already use
What we build

Everything an agency website needs

Built around how people look for a home in Malta: by area, by budget and mostly on a phone.

Search that makes sense

Filters by locality, sale or let, type, price and bedrooms, with results that load quickly on a phone and a map view next to the list.

Listings added once

Where your property software allows it, listings flow into the site automatically. Otherwise your team adds them in a few minutes from a simple form.

Enquiries with context

Every form and WhatsApp message arrives with the property reference and goes to the agent in charge of that listing.

Valuation requests

A page for owners thinking of selling or letting, with a short form that brings you the instructions every agency is competing for.

Viewings booked online

Buyers and tenants pick a time for a viewing or a video call, and your agent confirms it. Fewer phone calls to set up a visit.

Area guides

Pages on Sliema, St Julian’s, Gozo and the other areas you cover: prices, transport, schools and what living there is like.

For buyers from abroad

English plus Italian, French, German or the languages your clients speak, with listings and forms translated too.

Your team, by name

Agent profiles with photo, languages, areas and direct contact. Clients like to know who will answer before they call.

Winning instructions

Owners choose an agent online first

Before an owner calls you about selling or letting their property, they look you up. They want to see the homes you handle, how you present them and who they would be dealing with.

A good agency site does that job before the first meeting, and gives the owner an easy way to ask for a valuation the same evening.

  • Listings that flatter the property. Large photos, floor plans, video and virtual tours, presented the way an owner would like to see their own home.
  • A valuation page that converts. Short form, clear next step, and a reply from a named agent instead of a generic inbox.
  • Sold and let, on show. A section with recent deals and reviews, so the owner sees the work behind the promises.
  • Licensed agents, by name. Every agent in Malta needs a licence to work. Showing your team with their details builds trust before the first call.
  • A brand that looks established. A logo, colours and photography that match the homes you sell. That is where our branding work comes in.

Answer the questions people ask from abroad

Many of the people looking at property in Malta are not here yet: people moving for work, retirees, investors and families relocating from elsewhere in Europe. They search in their own language and they have questions a local buyer never asks.

Your website can answer those questions before the first call, so the enquiries you get come from people who already understand how buying or renting in Malta works.

  • Buying as a foreigner. Plain explanations of Special Designated Areas and the AIP permit, written with your notary or lawyer so the facts stay correct.
  • Renting for work. Long lets in Sliema, St Julian’s and Gzira explained for people arriving with a job offer and a start date.
  • Video viewings. A way to book a video call for a property, for clients who cannot fly in for every visit.
  • Their language, their currency. Listings and contact forms in the languages your clients speak, with prices they can read at a glance.
  • Holiday lets too. If you also manage short lets for owners, a booking site with direct bookings is a different project. See our page on short let and Airbnb websites.

Show up when people search for a home

People type “apartment for sale in Sliema” or “flat to rent in Gzira” long before they type an agency name. Your site should have a page for those searches, and a reason for Google to show it.

  • A page per area and property type. Built from your live listings, with text about the area that a buyer finds useful.
  • Your agency on Google Maps. A complete Google Business Profile with reviews, linked to the site and backed by proper SEO in Malta.
  • Fast, even with hundreds of photos. Images compressed and loaded as people scroll, so listings open quickly on mobile data.
  • Ads for the listings that need a push. Targeted Google and Meta ads for a new development, a price drop or a property that has been on the market too long.

FAQ

Real Estate Websites in Malta: Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a real estate website cost in Malta?
It depends on how many listings you handle, whether they come in from your property software, and how many languages the site needs. After a short call you get a free written quote with scope, timing and cost, agreed before any work starts. Maintenance and updates can be included in a monthly plan.
Can the site take listings from my property software?
In many cases, yes. A lot of agency software can export listings automatically, and we connect the site to it so you add a property once. If your software cannot do that, your team adds listings from a simple form on the site, with photos uploaded in one go.
Do I have to stop using the property portals?
No. Most agencies keep the portals for reach and use their own site for the enquiries, valuations and repeat clients they want to keep. The site works alongside them.
How do enquiries reach my agents?
Each form, viewing request and WhatsApp message carries the property reference and goes to the agent in charge of that listing, by email or into your property software. A copy can go to the office as well.
Can one website handle sales and lettings?
Yes. Sales and long lets can have their own search, filters and enquiry forms on the same site, and commercial property can sit in a section of its own.
Will my listings show up on Google?
The site gives Google a reason to show them: a page for each area and property type, fast loading, clear listing details and a complete Google Business Profile. Rankings for competitive areas take months of work, so we plan SEO from the start.
Can you build the site in several languages?
Yes. English plus the languages your clients speak, with listings, forms and confirmation emails translated, and a language switch that keeps people on the same property.
Can my team update listings and prices themselves?
Yes. At handover your team gets a training session and short notes, so adding a property, changing a price or marking a home as sold does not need a developer.
How long does it take to build?
Usually three to four weeks for a small or medium agency. Connecting your property software or migrating hundreds of existing listings can add time, and we agree the timing in the written quote.
Can you also handle the logo and the photos?
Yes. We can design or refresh the agency’s brand, and arrange property photography and video with the photo and video studio we work with.
