What we build

What new members check before they sign up

Most people compare two or three gyms or trainers on their phone before they walk in. Your site answers their questions and gives them an easy first step.

A timetable that stays current

Classes by day, time, level and coach, easy to read on a phone and updated by your staff in a minute when a class moves.

Free trial or assessment

A booking button on every page for a first session or a free assessment, so a curious visitor becomes a name in your diary.

Memberships and packs online

Monthly plans, class passes and packs of personal training sessions paid by card, with a receipt sent automatically.

Your coaches, by name

Profiles with photo, qualifications, specialities and the classes each coach runs. People sign up with someone they trust.

Online coaching

Programmes clients follow from home, check-in forms and a members area with workout videos, for trainers who coach beyond the gym floor.

Results people believe

Google reviews and client stories on the site, with before and after photos shown only with the client’s written consent.

A shop for kit and supplements

T-shirts, shakers, supplements or gift cards sold on the site, collected at the front desk or shipped.

For members from abroad

English plus Italian, Spanish or the languages your members speak, for the many people who moved to Malta for work.

Sell sessions online

Let people buy a pack before they walk in

A training studio fills its diary faster when buying is easy. Funcional Fit, a one-to-one training centre in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, sells packs from 1 to 40 sessions on its site, and new clients book a free assessment from the first screen.

  • Packs and memberships in the cart. Clients pay online and get a confirmation by email, with no bank transfer to chase.
  • A free first step. An assessment or trial session booked in a few taps, with the client’s goal noted in the form.
  • Hours and address at the top. Opening hours, phone and location on every page, so nobody leaves the site to look for them.
  • Two languages. Spanish and English on the same site, for locals and for people from abroad.

Online coaching

Coach clients who never come to the gym

Online coaching lets a personal trainer work with clients in Gozo, abroad or on a different shift. Lisa Bazzaro, a personal trainer specialised in women’s training, runs her business this way: online and in-person plans, a premium area with video courses and a blog on training and nutrition.

  • Programmes by goal. A page for each programme, such as pregnancy and post partum or training after 40, each with its own sign-up.
  • A members area. Video workouts and guides for paying members, with access that opens and closes with the subscription.
  • A complete first check-in. A starting questionnaire and photo guidelines on the site, so the first check-in arrives with everything you need.
  • A blog that brings readers. Articles on training and nutrition that answer what people search, and lead them to a programme.

Sell supplements and kit next to your training

Supplements, branded kit and gift cards bring extra income and give members a reason to come back to the site. ATP3, a supplement line from the founders of Newtritions, presents its six products with a free online consultation for people who are unsure which one to choose.

  • Products explained plainly. What each product is for and who it suits, written for people who are not experts.
  • Advice before the sale. A free consultation booked online for anyone unsure which product fits their goal.
  • Claims kept within EU rules. Descriptions that use only the health claims authorised under EU law, written together with you.
  • A full store when you need one. Stock, shipping and payments handled by a WooCommerce store built for it.

Show up when people search for a gym nearby

“Gym in Sliema”, “personal trainer Malta”, “pilates in St Julian’s”. Most of these searches happen on a phone, and Google answers them with the map and a few websites. Your site and your Google profile work together to put you there.

  • A complete Google profile. Opening hours, photos, classes and a booking link, all matching the website.
  • A page per class and service. Personal training, group classes, pilates or boxing each get a page that answers what people search, backed by proper SEO in Malta.
  • Ads when people decide to start. Google and Meta ads for January, the end of summer or a new class you want to fill.
  • Fast on mobile data. Compressed images and video, so the timetable opens before the visitor gives up.

FAQ

Gym and Personal Trainer Websites in Malta: Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a gym or personal trainer website cost in Malta?
It depends on the pages you need, whether you sell memberships or programmes online and how bookings work. After a short call you get a free written quote with scope, timing and cost, agreed before any work starts.
Can members book classes and sessions on the website?
Yes. If you already use a booking or membership app, the site links to it or shows its timetable where the app allows it. If you do not, the site can take bookings itself and send each one to your email or WhatsApp.
Can people buy memberships and session packs online?
Yes. Monthly plans, class passes and packs of sessions can be paid by card on the site, with an automatic receipt. Memberships can also renew every month with a recurring payment.
I am a personal trainer working alone. Do I need a big website?
No. A few pages are often enough: who you are, how you train, results, packs and a way to book. The site can grow later with online programmes or a blog.
Can I sell online coaching programmes?
Yes. Programmes can be sold as one-off plans or subscriptions, with a members area for videos and guides and a questionnaire that collects what you need before the first session.
Can I show client results and before and after photos?
Yes, with each client’s written consent, collected with a simple form. Questionnaires that include health details count as special category data under GDPR, so they are stored securely and seen only by you.
Will my gym show up on Google Maps?
The map results come from your Google Business Profile, and the website supports it with matching hours, classes and location. We set up or tidy the profile as part of the launch.
Can the website be in several languages?
Yes. English plus the languages your members speak, with the timetable, booking forms and confirmation messages translated.
How long does it take to build?
Usually 10 to 14 working days for a gym or personal trainer website. An online shop or a members area with paid subscriptions takes longer, usually 2 to 4 weeks, and we agree the timing in the written quote.
Can you take the photos and videos too?
Yes. We organise shoots of the gym, the classes and your coaches with Jurgens Films, and the pictures are prepared for the website, Google and social media.
